Refrigerant Management

Per Section 608 of the EPA’s Clean Air Act, we are responsible for the proper recording, recycling and disposing of refrigerants when equipment is being serviced, maintained, repaired or disposed. Violations of these regulations can result in fines of up to $37,500 per day. Due to the punitive nature of these charges, Miller HVAC Service, Inc. takes the regulations very seriously and necessitates that all technicians are EPA Certified.
